this is the second time i can not change order status from packed to shipped
why is this happening.
is there a way to contact some one who can help me with that problem

no its payed with paypal onsite and i have other buyers where i got no problems

you do offer "Paypal" in addition to "Paypal onsite". it would
likely be best to remove the standard Paypal as it likely confuses buyers
