Hello. I've been trying to update the main ID Card Pic/Avatar for my profile
for the last month to my store's new mascot, but it never gets approved.
Previously it was done within a day or two. I've been re-uploading it every
week in case something was wrong with it (both JPG and GIF), but still just sits
on "Pending Approval" and I've been stuck on the default for the
last month now.

You actually get the Pending Approval message? I'm jealous! All I get is
the 403 Forbidden message when I try to upload the image. It's an image
I've used before, so I know the image is fine. I tried submitting a request
when it happened before, but they don't even give out tickets for ID pic

Even if the image is the same format or has worked before, bricklink will still
sometimes reject it. Try changing it from jpg to png or vice versa or from the
current type to png or something and try again

On the upload page it says that the image must be in .jpg or .gif format. I
tried a .png version, but it didn't work either.

Maybe try changing it to png then back to jpg (the image uploads on bricklink
are messed up)
