Hi I’m a newish seller on bricklink I’ve been getting orders every now and then
but they have been of low value for example I had one today for .07 plus shipping.
Can anyone help and review my store and give feedback on pricing or if I have
the right variety of parts I’m not sure what average amount of orders one is
supposed to be averaging with a store of my size. I am wanting to attract more
sales help please.

1. You don't have a shipping policy. If someone wants to order from you,
they don't know what shipping will cost, or whether there are fees charged
for packing materials and handling.
2. You are certainly losing money on a .07 order. I used to have no minimum
order, and for awhile it seemed ok, because I at least got numbers of sales.
But without charging extra fees, there is no way to avoid losing money that way.
A small minimum buy will help with that, and you won't need to add extra
costs to cover packaging etc.
3. Your average lot size could be larger. Some of the larger orders come from
people that want to buy 50, 100, or 200 of a part in one store.
Thank you for the suggestion i didnt know i had to add that to the shipping policy.
I will also go ahead and try to add a limit buy to orders. As far as adding quanitity
I gotta work on that for sure but thanks for the tips i really do appreciate
you taking the time to help me out.

I don't think you have enough parts for a $5 minimum at this time. Maybe
a $1 or $2 minimum would be best for now. Then adjust it as you grow.
I think your shipping costs seem reasonable, but I would maybe break down the
weight tiers a bit more than you have...1-6 oz $##, 7-10oz $##, 11-16 oz $##.
Something like that. What you have for 1-16 oz packages (almost $6) is pretty
high for a light weight package of 2-4 oz.
Thanks for the input, I went ahead and lowered my shipping price to what I had
previously, I removed the $5 min order and just added a $1 handling fee for orders
below $5 I also added the weight bands and pricing in the r shipping policy form
thanks again for the help this really makes a difference getting input from more
experienced and tenured stores thanks again.
