Hi,

I tried the link underneath an invoice to try and download my orders: https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp".
But it didn't work. Can any of the staff check and resolve please.

I've set a 5 month alarm to repeatedly do this, please tell me how to do
it correctly.

Also, is there any way to download purged orders or are they actually really
definitely gone?
