Although they are Formula 1 cars, from what I can see they don't have any
particular Formula 1 branding on the box, so we would not add a separate category
for them. However, I've added "Race" as the third category, so they
both show up here once 10353 is released:

Regarding the Icons category: There is no such category on BrickLink yet, because
Icons sets are spread over multiple other theme categories. Mostly Creator Expert,
of course, but also Lord of the Rings, Castle, Pirates, Space and Promotional.
Our current plan is to wait for a tag system so that all Icons sets can be tagged
as such without loosing the current theme-based categorization.
