All my shipping methods are 'instant checkout' only.

I am aware of the 'use invoice' when no instant checkout checkbox

Mine is unchecked. Yet a customer still checked out.

Are there any other settings I am forgetting? To have been able to checkout Without
a bypass password

Isn't it possible to check out via Instant Checkout without paying? Or is
the order you received not yet invoiced?

On the order, what does it say is the shipping method chosen, then please share
an image of that shipping method
