Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 4030 Name: Cargo Carrier
*

308 Parts, 3 Minifigures, 1987
Sets: Boat

* Add 4 Part 4215a Red Panel 1 x 4 x 3 - Solid Studs (Alternate)

Comments from Submitter:
4 red panels are used for the container, but the sickered version is not listed. I cant find it as an item either, can provide picture of part if needed, set i do not have but part is slightly visible on picture of the set and sticker is seen on sticker sheet

Hi

No…
The sticker is glued over the 1x4 and 1x2 panel. Since this is not valid as a
sticker part, no sticker part has been uploaded for the red panel.
A combination of multiple parts can be made. The plates should also be added
to the part.

This request will not be accepted.

The proper procedure to add a stickered Counterpart to BrickLink and a set inventory
is as follows:

(1) Add the stickered part to the BrickLink catalog:

https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=P

Help on adding an item to the BrickLink catalog:

https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=71

(2) Add an image to the BrickLink catalog for the stickered part:

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page?itemType=P

Help on adding an image to the BrickLink catalog:

https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=87

(3) Fill out an Inventory Change Request to add the stickered part to the set
inventory after it is approved by a Catalog Associate or Catalog Administrator:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogInvChange.asp?itemType=S

----------

Here is a great tutorial that BrickLink member jennnifer created to help others
with this process:

https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/kdlqdrmu5u2gm7odvmn2a/How-to-Stickers.pdf?rlkey=zx9ohb9cyag6scheeo4fc80d3&dl=0

----------

Also, since the items here would be considered stickered assemblies (a sticker
or stickers across multiple parts), they would need to be submitted as such.
The following category of items can be used to scan for examples of how they
are done:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogListOld.asp?catType=P&catString=582

Cheers,
Randy
