PayPal Onsite Payment keeps failing, even though there is no problem with both
my PayPal and my card. The customer service center replied, 'Ask the seller
to unlink PayPal and then reconnect it.' If that doesn't work, how did
you guys solve it?

That usually seems to be the fix, try asking the seller to disconnect and reconnect
their PayPal on bricklink, it’s happened multiple times with different sellers
and that fix usually works
