I've purchased a set of instructions from the B3 website for the Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles. However, when trying to upload the "TMNT_All.io"
file into wanted list on the bricklink website it says "The file TMNT_ALL.io
was accepted", but then when I select "Proceed to verify items" it
gives an error message "Part not found in catalog. item No:3069b".
This is my first time using either of these websites so I am totally unfamiliar
with how to proceed, and I haven't been able to find any discussion forum
or help desk topics related to this issue or what to do.

its since that part number no longer exists as a main number. if you upload the
file to brickstore (free application) then it will fix the part numbers and you
can then upload the new file to bricklink and that should fix it
