Want to know if buyer change the zip code of USA, does the ordered detail or
system will incur back or adjust the sales tax accordingly? (Original is no sales
tax on some USA continent)

no. addresses are locked to orders when the order is placed so even if the user
updates their address it wont effect existing orders
