Not LEGO

Yeah, I see a few similar parts in https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=P&catString=22
and maybe even some compatible parts, but none of them are THAT part, so unless
there's a "LEGO" imprint on the underside that's probably not
real LEGO.
