I was just wondering if anyone would have any tips for me increasing sales on
bricklink as I only sell New Sealed sets. I find there is a lot of tips for people
who sell parts but nothing very specific to just sets.
As some background I run an ebay business based in Australia selling sealed LEGO
and have around $10,000 AUD bricklink price of sealed LEGO (around 130 sets total).
I'm planning on increasing my inventory gradually for sale on bricklink in
order to increase my business reach.
If anyone would spare any advice for selling new/used complete sets that would
be much appreciated

Thanks,

having a shipping table in your store terms would help and even better yet if
you set up instant checkout. aside from that just try to have good prices/shipping
costs and have good terms (and avoid incorrect terms such as saying the buyer
is responsible for lost packages and such) and never charge any fees aside from
shipping costs and you should be all good to go.
It may seem obvious, but to get high sales volume then sell what people want
at a price they are willing to pay.
You also have to have a decent range of what one person is likely to buy. One
order is unlikely to contain one expensive 18+ modern set, a small modern City
set, a 10 year old Friends set, and a vintage set. If you have only one or two
of each type, high postage costs for just one set might put customers off. Whereas
if they can pick a few vintage sets in one order, or a few City sets in one go,
postage works out cheaper overall.
