The buyer previously had several account which were closed by Bricklink. He was
targeting several Bricklink stores previously, including mine and leaving negative
feedbacks for no reason. Now he recently ordered from another account and left
negative feedback as he did to me before from another account. The negative feedback
was left already when his account got terminated, the feedback doesn't reflect
the real situation. I requested a feedback removal from Bricklink but it got
rejected, could be because his account was already terminated, I'm looking
for any advice/help on how to remove this negative feedback that isn't truthful
and has happened to other stores, not just me. I have some screenshots attached
of some of the accounts he had, and currently terminated.

Report the accounts using the merge accounts in the problem member tool.
In the short term, respond to their feedback in your profile pointing out they
are a repeat banned user. People looking at feedback will then ignore it.
