I thought we were able to see a brief history of the buyer’s address.
Has that been disabled?
There is (sometimes) a way you can find out a new *current* address. If you have
an open order with them and you cancel it, BL responds with the buyer's current
details and not the details at the time the order was placed. I reported it 18
months ago, I don't know if it is fixed.
I noticed it as a drop shipper bought from me, didn’t pay at checkout but instead
went for manual invoice and made demands about the maximum postage costs they
were willing to pay, the packaging type, not including invoice or order details
in the parcel, taking photos of the set in the packaging, etc. I cancelled the
order and by that time their name and address had already been changed to another
customer's details. So BL sent me the name and address of an unrelated person.
This was the dropshipper's current details at the time I cancelled, of course
another of their customers.
