hi,
I have a 1 FB buyer ordering 4 small items, wanted to cancel because he did something
wrong and wanted to start again and place a bigger order
ofcourse I said no problem and I cancelled the order.
then the next day he orders again and it were the exact same 4 parts.
I asked if this was correct and if he wanted to add more or invoice...
no reply
asked again the next day..and the next..
on day 3 I send invoice.
never a reply.
after a week or so and 3 reminders still without payment I initiated NPB.
this is about to end to be NPB completed [and a logic negative FB]
but....
there is also the previous cancelled order on which he can leave also feedback.
what if he dicides to give a retaliory FB on that cancelled order?
will that be removed by admin?...
I am open for suggestions

It's unfortunate.
Yes he can post a negative to the previous.
If you gave him a positive, remove it you can (1 month)?
Otherwise, yes, it's a risk you can't avoid.
If you get one, open a ticket with information to the admins (and open a feedback
removal request); they DO remove really unjustified negative feedbacks.
If they don't, oh wow, there's always a risk. If you're a good seller
that won't change anything to your sales.
well that was exactly what I had in mind that it can go this way,but thanks for
the confirmation....
