Hello, I am speaking from an account of one of my clients. I am an administrator
of at least 15 Spanish bricklinks and 3 days ago they threw away several accounts
with a large sum of inventory and invalidated the sale of 3 of my clients...
They put in one of the complaints that they threw away the accounts for multiple
accounts, but of course, I am a central administrator who has in his database
at least 22 bricklinks of figures, pieces, etc... and 15 of them are active.
I am speaking from one of them and this account has more than 200 sales and had
good ratings since 2023. So they threw me 2 other accounts, of figures and pieces
with a large inventory. I request an administrator response, because I work for
around 30 people and at the moment 6 are affected and the economic loss is 12
thousand euros, and I am afraid that the problem will spread, apart from that,
I want to return these 3 stores to their clients.

Pretty sure what you do is against the TOS.
It is not against the TOS to run more than one account - as long as you have
a legitimate reason and arrange it with the BL team beforehand. Not playing a
devil's advocate in this particular case as I do not know what is going on,
but just sayin. Presumably this was not done and/or other terms in the TOS got
broken.

I have 15 active bricklinks and 22 in total, and they have thrown me 3 for having
multiple accounts... There is no identical data in each of these accounts except
the explanation of what group of sellers it is and the rules that are followed...
I continue waiting for a response, but the administrators have been asleep for
5 days

There is also interaction between those accounts, as you leave feedback for each
other.

Yes, I have read the terms and their updates for years, but they give me permission
to access multiple accounts and now they suspend 3 of them because I have multiple
accounts... that's why we need a response from an administrator now, because
they don't say anything and it's been 5 days

Looks like this is being looked into now. I would be very surprised if Bricklink
gave permission for one person to access so many accounts but if you received
prior permission you should be fine.

So just to clarify. For each store you contacted bricklink directly and received
written approval for each and every store?

Yeah that is definitely against the ToS of Brinklink. Please provide bricklink
the other account names so they can be suspended as well!
I looked at your stores before they were suspended all had very similar hard
to find retired minifigures which is a big red flag. The only economic loss is
that you can no longer scam people on here because you still have your inventory
(assuming you had all those minifigures to begin with)
2 of the 3 stores you mention already had their buyer privileges revoked before
the stores were suspended.
2 of the stores were also requesting off-site payments without meeting the requirements
to have off-site payments enabled.

I'd guess this guy has found a business while charging 25€ per month to "manage
their BrickLink shop" to people having not enough confidence (or time, or
language) to do it themselves.
Which could be a reminder BrickLink that a translation of a worldwide site (not
the Catalog) is really necessary in 2024....

We don't want to make this worse for you than it already is, but please understand
that our site spends a lot of resources to stop fraud and one way we catch people
is profiling. If you do certain things that scammers do, you could very easily
get treated like a scammer by the admins, at least at first.
I think you can see that when we have a problem of a bad actor taking control
of many accounts, when we see that any group of accounts is being controled by
a single individual we naturally would think this would be fraud, especially
since there are no notes on the accounts as to you having permission to access
them.
With the issue of managing/owning multiple accounts, this is only allowed on
a case-by-case basis. We have had many situations over the years where people
will help each others to operate a BrickLink account, and that is ok. But we're
going to have to look into this and contact the owners of the accounts.

Thank you for your understanding, administrator, but this issue has kept me up
at night, for almost a week now and I do not understand that as I keep these
accounts, this could have happened to me, I am the first to be blamed, and these
people have good valuations, extensive inventory and work hours...
