Please can anyone tell me what piece this is?
I haven't been able to find it online.
I'm wondering if it's a minifig stand, but which minifigs had them?

I've got a few other pieces I'll ask for help with, I'll put each
on the different post unless it's better to put them on the same please let
me know.

Parts: Plate, Modified {White}

You can find the part number on the back of both parts.
