Hello there!
I've encountered some oddities with instructions dropping out of IC because
of missing DimZ (on order details page), while catalog page shows submitted DimZ
(thickness).

Found my way here after addressing it to catalog admin:

As an answer to latest reply from Jonas I can confirm that in my inventory, no
manual changes at all have been made to those entries.

Hello,

That's strange indeed.

I found another instructions in your store for which IC is not available:

Instruction No: 7238 Name: Fire Helicopter
* 7238-1 Fire Helicopter
Instructions: Town: City: Fire

To check if there is an issue with the catalog data, I copied the weight and
dimensions from

Instruction No: 7639 Name: Camper
* 7639-1 Camper
Instructions: Town: City: Recreation
to

Instruction No: 7238 Name: Fire Helicopter
* 7238-1 Fire Helicopter
Instructions: Town: City: Fire
so both entries temporarily showed the exact same values...and IC for 7238 was
still not available in your store (but it is available for 7639). So you might
want to check your custom settings for 7238 and if there isn't anything that
would prevent it from being eligible for IC, please report this bug to BrickLink.

Good luck!

Hello Jonas,

Thanks for your reply. I had no other dimensions manually added, Diana asked
me earlier to erase those in order to confirm new dimensions submitted to the
catalog.
The strange thing is: On the order details page, column "Wgt(g)/Pkg(cm)"
for the item shows "volume" in red and DimZ (thickness) "0.00".
While the catalog page for the item shows DimZ "0.02"

Hello,

I just looked into this but cannot see any issue with the 60191 instructions
entry. The dimensions are entered correctly and instant invoice/checkout is available
for this item in other stores. Therefore I guess your store settings might be
the problem here (i.e. you don't have a shipping method for this item or
you have added your own dimensions or packing type which overwrites the catalog
data). Since we cannot look into your store settings, we cannot help with this
issue I'm afraid.

Best regards,
Jonas (another admin)

Hoi Diana,

It's not only instructions, it does this with other parts as well.
When the dimensions are added to the catalog, after you added the part in your
inventory then those dimensions aren't getting picked up in the inventory
item.
Adding that item again and then the dimensions are there.
