Hello,

I would need some help. A Buyer bought a set in my store. He payed over paypal
and a few min later he got the money back for whatever reason. The order in Bricklink
is marked as paied with a little exclamation mark.
I talked to buyer but he can‘t pay again because bricklink tells him it is already
payed.
So now he lost interesst and wants to cancel the order. I tried to cancel but
it is not working. If I put the order number in the right spot at the problem
center and hit return it just shows no problem and the only option is to contact
buyer..

Any ideas how to cancel this?

Change the status from paid to ready and then you can cancel the order.
