I ordered a Lego set from a buyer in the Netherlands (I live in the US) and noticed
my address was wrong on the tracking link he gave me. So I messaged him to get
it fixed, and he replied and said he would fix it but when I went to check it
was still miswritten. He said that he wrote the address as I told him and that
perhaps postNL writes it down differently. Now the issue is USPS says the package
was delivered but I never received anything, and the tracking on postNL says
it was delivered then it says, it was not delivered. what can I do? I filled
out a missing package form with USPS, but should I reach out to the seller to
see if maybe he can get more information from his side? I don't know what
to do, this set was a gift, and if I can't get my package I would at least
want my money back.
Thank you for any suggestions or advice
I know that Postnl is very difficult to change addresses, but that is not your
fault or problem.
Try to reach out with the seller. He has to fix it.
If he can't fix it he has to pay your money back.
If he doesnt want to fix it, you can file a paypal claim. They will refund you
your money, because the addres was wrong.
Kind regards,
Tim
