Question about held open orders. Had a buyer place a manual invoice, 7-day hold
open order on 9/19. They did add to it a few times. Yesterday I packed it and
invoiced it thru the BL system. Now it is not showing up in any form in my orders
received. How do I view it?

This is my first hold open order.

What's the URL for your Orders Received page? Are you sure you are in the
right place and viewing Any Order Status?
