According to Postnl:

"Customs clearance costs paid to the webshop
Did you pay during your purchase? Then the webshop must inform us. This does
not always go well. As a result, you may be asked to pay customs clearance costs,
while you have already paid VAT. If this happens, you can reclaim the VAT
from the webshop
for purchases with a value of up to €150. Is the value of
your purchase higher than €150? Then you may still have to pay import duties
and handling costs."

I paid VAT for my order in the UK but obviously something got wrong because I
had to pay to Postnl again.
So the webshop (Bricklink) has to pay back the VAT. How to get this sorted?

The seller does not have the tax. BL has levied it. But they don't pay it
back. You have to contact postnl.

Postnl points to the webshop (Briclink in this case).
I tried to get my money back on the postnl site but my form was not accepted.
All together I think I've spent 3 hours searching and sorting it out but
to no avail.

BL remains silent.

Both (Bricklink and PostNL) will refuse to return the VAT. These cases are still
unsolvable, at least in my cases.
I just stopped to buying from outside of EU until that point is sorted out

Yes, it looks like this. Hate it!
