| When time goes by like this, it's good to have a reminder of some sort to
stand still and remember who and hat made this beautiful environment to what
it is today.

It still amazes me as each year passes how BrickLink was created and developed
by just one person for so many years. BrickLink in terms of the core commerce
site (and catalog to facilitate the commerce) is much the same as it was in those
early days.
That is testament itself to Dan and the site's greatness!

| It is really special and sweet that Dan's family, 14 years after his passing,
shares this with us. Even though I wasn't on BL 14 years ago, I still see
his great idea every day.
Bricklink has changed and improved since then - of course - to meet new demands,
but the basic functionality is still Dan Jezek's design. It's good to
remember him for that.
