This is a cleanup request without direct proof. LEGO data shows the rubber harness and I found the rubber harness in the same set released the year before in a blue box. But in context, the hard plastic one was only found in the very first set in 1994. Every other set after that used the rubber one and this is the only undetermined left, 10 years after the only set with the hard plastic.
