I have a buyer that submitted an order on the 8th of September. The buyer has
still not paid for the order. Usually I just submit a NPB but on this order that
option is not a possibility? Anyone know why? I haven’t experienced before that
the option for NPB not being there at all.

I would check the payment status - it's sometimes possible for the buyer
to update the payment status to Paid without actually having paid
Yes I can. I have tried to change it back but the option is still not there.
You need to change the buyer's status (Payment Status) to Not Yet Paid too.
Open the order, click Edit Order at the bottom and there should be the Payment
Status as in the picture which needs to be set back to Not Yet Paid and saved.
Then you should be able to open NPB (after 5 days from invoiced date).
