First time this has happened….. order for 2 architectural sets in July was returned
to me a week ago. I have messaged the buyer through Bricklink and have not had
a reply. Does not appear that the shipping box has been opened. It was a new
buyer so I put on the signature requirement, but other than that it was shipped
by Canada post.
Suggestions as to how to proceed?

I'd give them a few weeks to reply, but afterward deduct out of pocket costs
paid, and refund the balance (after opening to check contents). Their loss to
give a bad address and not respond on top of it. I'd document with pics
etc. though before opening and restocking items in the slight chance they later
get upset and try a charge back for non-delivery. And I'd update store terms
to reflect standard procedure for returned unclaimed orders for future.

In my experience of an handful of such instance, they usually never respond at
all, or apologize and pay postage gladly to get their order and not miss the
items. But the rare rotten apples makes the above steps better taken than alter
regretted.

Hope that helps!

I assume you mean it was Return To Sender by Canada Post? Or was it a new label
someone purchased to send it back to you?

Thanks guys, it was a Canada post RTS sticker over the original label, no signs
that it was opened at all.
