I have a few custom builds but not sure how to go about making or purchasing
custom decal bricks/tiles. Anyone have recommendations where to buy custom decals
or making some sort of sticker or water slide decal?

Depending the quantity and what you'll gonna do in the future, you could
think at aquiring a good ink jet printer and sticker / water decal sheets.

When set up, you'll print them for practically free.

PS: do not print copies of LEGO stickers or IPs like SW, HP, whatever.
