Trans-bright green is the best matching known color…

It doesn't look to me bright enough to be trans-bright green, but https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=bb0748#T=S&C=158&O={%22color%22:%22158%22,%22ss%22:%22US%22,%22iconly%22:0}
in yellowish green looks at least closer to the photo. Have a great rest of your
day!

Let me rephrase that. The color of that arm element in yellowish green looks
closer, not the element itself. I don't think that even I would be able to
mix up a giant Hero Factory sword with a Nexo Knight scurrier arm...

If I were to hazard a guess, I would say Yellowish Green. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=11305&idColor=95#T=C&C=158
But then, again, your photo looks far more greenish than the Bricklink image of
it. Its definitely not trans-light green, and that's the only other known
color of that piece that has even the slightest chance of being the correct one.
Have a great rest of your day!

I dub the, neon puke green! So mote it be! (bangs gavel)

But in seriousness, I do agree that it doesn't appear to be trans-Bright
Green (which is the only color it comes close to in the catalog) as it's
not trans enough.

I'm done for the day but I'll check tomorrow and look at the funky weapons
that came in City Gardens which appear to match this.

It looks translucent to me. These parts are made of a plastic that is "milky",
so you don't get fully transparent parts. If it is a legitimate part it's
probably trans-bright green, though if so the color on this photo is really off.
It's too translucent to be yellowish green, that should be solid regardless
of material, and likewise, the color of the photo is really off for that too.

However, I have to wonder -- Could it be a clone brand?

Also if OP has a blacklight, does it glow? I don't have this part in question
but most trans-bright green parts are brightly fluorescent (the only part I have
that isn't is elastic rubber).
