I have a set of related electric items for sale (motors, battery packs, etc.).
They are all listed individually for sale and also grouped into a super lot
in case someone wants to buy the lot.
What I would like to do is offer a 20% discount if someone orders the lot vs.
individual items. Is there a way to do that?

They are all listed as a super lot meaning that they can only be sold in 1 go

If you've already created the Super Lot, go into that inventory, there are
a few pathways to that formatted inventory, set the discount individually within
the super lot.
As to the logistics of offering both options: you can’t unless you’ve more than
the one set of parts. Other options would be to create a custom single
listing with all items, or the list parts individually with your promotional
terms clearly delineated within the listing comments. However, the latter does
not allow for IC and is susceptible to possible buyer misunderstanding, which
is never fun
If you stay with the Super Lot option, place it on you store's Featured page,
making it your store's Landing page too, for exposure. Super Lots on today's
BL are hidden by default, and unless shoppers are savvy enough to check the inconspicuous
box, they won't show-up in searches.
I'm a supporter of the Super Lot feature, very useful tool if used right.
