I'm new to this platform. I placed my first two orders on the 14th of this
month. Both orders shipped, but one did not arrive. When I looked up the tracking
number for my shipments, both orders have the SAME USPS tracking number. I've
contacted the seller of the order that did not arrive to ask what tracking number
he has for me.

How do you know there's a glitch on that page? It could be elsewhere.

Were the two orders from the same seller, or different sellers ?
