How do i add a specific shipping charge to a larger set that I know will add
more weight to an order than my normal rates or is that possible?

With auto checkout?

Either:
* set max dimensions in your shipping methods so this one can't fit,
* or set max a weight (same),
* or edit this item entry dimensions so it has no dimension, making BrickLink
enforce manual invoice (not sure this is possible, never tested)
