Recent experience with this shop.

Only keen to have positive responses. If provided with some comments, either
they refuse to sell or buyer gets called malicious.

My experience: Intended to order some parts. Some changes to order were endorsed.
They refused to make changes to order. So, I had to buy more. Its ok. So, I commented
that they should improve communication. Eventually, they refused to sell to me.

Recent experience with friend: She made few prior purchases. The recent purchase
has these defected reddish brown parts. She informed them to check the inventory.
Instead, they sent a TNC splash (like a forwarded message). Clearly, no respect
for buyers. So, she complained about their attitude. Immediately she was called
malicious buyer.

He didn't give you a Negative, but you did

Viewed from here, I placed 2 orders and it's a good shop with perfect service
and communication.

His reply about you not respecting their Terms doesn't help your complain
here.

Especially after you left half a dozen feedbacks saying it was a nice transaction


In short, if you're part of the problem, it could be kind to remove this
Negative and move on?

I agree, making changes to orders might cause several people to stop what they
are doing and waste far more time than it is worth.
