Im a new seller and found out that for some reasons my items does not ship to
my own country (Denmark). I know since I can see that directly. Im actually not
sure how it looks for an international buyer...
I have s global shipping option on my settings so dont understand this. Can anyone
help me understand why this is and how I can correct ?
Your shipping method is not set up correctly. While your shipping policy mentions
free shipping for minifigures it calculates DKK 745.00 (~EUR 99.84) shipping
cost for a single minifigure during checkout.
You also mention “Payment by friends only” which is against BrickLink’s ToS,
you’d better remove that before your store gets suspended.

Thank you understood. But does that relate to why eg I cant sell in Denmark ?
Is there a way to test your own shop as a buyer experience ? It is very complicated
to setup so that would be nice. Thanks again

Hi
Maybe you have an international shipping method activated, but not a “domestic”
one.

I've just set up a brand new store in Texas, and it says in the top-left
corner "Seller does not support orders shipping to Texas." I have multiple
domestic shipping methods configured. There's not even a way to configure
anything Texas-specific. Might be some bug.

Usually that message only shows when your missing onsite payment however since
you have that it’s possible the customer who initially said they had that error
message had it before you added onsite payment. Perhaps try making a second account
for testing and see if it still says that

Or there might be conflict with you local pickup as if I try to checkout there
is not a shipping estimate.
