I’ve been going through my childhood collection of LEGO and I’ve found a few
fabuland Minifigs all of whom have been identified, all but one, he’s Ricky raccoon,
large eye masks black torso with yellow arms and yellow legs, this does anyone
have any info on this guy I can’t find him here on bricklink, or anywhere else
for that matter

My recollection (and subject to correction by others) is that Fabuland figs did
have the ability to remove/swap heads. It was not as easy as a System head, but
it was possible. Duplo figs, on the other hand, not at all possible.

Is it possible to remove arms?
I don't know. Looking thru the BL Catalog of Fabuland minifigs (in Gallery
mode) I see no image of a Fabuland fig with yellow arms, black torso, and yellow
legs. So, by default, that makes me suspect that something beyond the head was
swapped.
There are several examples of that head being used, but not with yellow legs.

Hence my question. Unfortunately, I don't have a Fabuland figure to try this
out.

Is it possible to remove arms?
2nd follow up ... examining one specimen of a headless Fabuland fig ... I'm
still not sure about the arms. The legs may be removable, by carefully prying
back the lower side extensions of the torso, thereby releasing the pin that holds
the legs on both sides.
Basically a Fabuland leg assembly is two of the same legs, with a pin thru that
gives them rotation and secures them to the torso side flaps.
Considering how rare Fabuland anything is, I'm not going to test this, but
I think it's possible to swap legs.
Any time he posts one of those it makes me laugh-considering I know some people
would lose their minds that someone willingly "Destructively Disassembled"
a Lego piece

I recently had a chewed fabuland fig so I was ok with trying to remove the arms/legs
on it...and I pryed pretty hard and couldn't get them off.
I'm sure its possible, but not something I'd expect a kid to do.

The arms can very easily be changed, similar to normal minifig arms.
The heads can be snapped out and changed.
The legs take a bit more doing, but can be taken out, only when reassembling
you need a tiny drop of glue to hold the bar/pin in place.

I changed Fabuland figs al, the time when I was younger and recently had to do
it to get my collection back to order 😁

Is that paint?!?!
Uhm, ………no……… 😁
I think it is black marker, did it about 40 years ago, in my black period.
Now I leave it for history sake, not even going to blacken it again.
Btw, I regularly write or draw on LEGO, I make little gifts for friends that
way.

Is it possible to remove arms?
3rd follow up, I just noticed that the pin that holds the head to the torso,
allows some pitch and yaw, maybe 20º from vertical. Interesting that.
Yes it is possible to completely disassemble a fabuland figure. Arms, legs,
heads and even necks can be removed and changed, albeit with some force and/or
assisting tools.
You have what looks to be
*
fab12d Fabuland Bear - Ricky Raccoon, Blue Legs, Black Top, Yellow Arms, Large Eyes Mask Minifigures: Fabuland
where the blue legs got replaced with yellow legs.

Can only be sold as a custom item I'm afraid.

Thanks everyone for the response, I don’t remember pulling them apart and I’m
not going to start now so he will stay as is and will join the rest of my collection
that I’ll pass on to my children.
