I have what I thought was a 3626bpx19, but it has no freckles. There at an unlikely
spot to wear off. Am I just blind, do I have a misprint, is this common? Opinions.

Possibly intentionally removed. Tho it has a lot of wear so it’s possible that
it just normal wear

I do agree that it would be weird for just the freckles to wear off. Maybe the
red ink that was used for that head was a bad batch and wore off much easier
than the black and white?
