What “files”?  Studio files?
Where?  On your computer?  On the Gallery?

What's that “it” that won't let you delete those “files”?

You'll have to be more precise.

Studio files in the gallery. I am not sure what to call it, I can't find
an option to delete the files.

Ah, it indeed changed since the help page was written.

You go to My Studio (https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/my_studio.page ), and
you move your mouse pointer over the design's image.  A white button with
three vertical points will appear on the right corner of the image.  Click on
it and there's a red “Delete” there.
