I had someone ask to order from overseas. From our past post we have stopped
overseas shipping due to a massive increase in "missing packages".
Is there a way to bypass for individual buyers for single over seas orders?
I am thinking of trying a few orders to see if the problem has been resolved
or if we are just unlucky in "shipping love".
Thank you for any help.
If by overseas you mean Australia, I completely understand. I've had several
orders lost there. Every other country has been fine in my experience. I no longer
ship to them, but if you end up shipping successfully please share with the rest
of us! (If this is Australia you are talking about)

Yes, you can do that. Go to your store's shipping settings:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
Come up with a password and enter it in the "Bypass password" box, then
make sure to click the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page.
Now you can give that password to an overseas buyer, and that buyer can place
an order in your store, even if you don't ship to their country.
