just a heads up you may want to change this
"I am not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected mail."
as the seller is fully responsible for orders until they are delivered

There seems to be lots of stores saying that these days.

Some of them are older stores, some of them are stores copying terms from other
stores because they sound good I guess.
