I am back placing orders after what turned out to be more than 2 years away.

The first order I placed had a few issues, including:
   My order was complete and arrived in great time; thank you for that. Most of it was great.
But there are a few issues:
2449 Reddish Brown: This was sold as "New." It is in found-in-the-Lego-bin condition.

The seller responded with:
   I can not list fine scratches that is being way to picky and the new parts are not stored separately from each other. Not enough room for that.

And after I sent the below picture:
   Your picture look dark red. We double checked our inventory and have 9 used ones. So we know we pulled the new one. Pictures never prove anything. This cold be a picture of a different brick you already had. Plus she is positive she took it out of new and the rest of the slopes in the bag it came out look new.

Yeah, because after $8808.54 spent on Bricklink over ten years I'm trying
to scam you out of $0.55.

Then in my next order, in a different store:
   Hello ...,
Everything is great in this order except the 4444 wall panel. This part has noticeable playwear - it is not new.

And the seller responded with:
   Hello, we are very sorry! This listing should not have been marked as New. The ones we have are all used it seems one of our staff accidentally listed them this way. We would be happy to offer you...

You can guess which of these two shops now has me as a fan.
