i was wondering if bricklink could become an app i think it would be a good idea
and it would be easy to use im not sure what you would change much about it but

There is already an App adjacent to BrickLink called BrickStore. It is still
in early access on the Google Play Store at least. People may already use it
on PC or Mac. The Mobile version is still lacking some functionality last time
i checked. But you could import Orders and look at parts lists of sets. I have
not been able to create my own lists yet.
