Just received a neutral feedback which clearly the buyer did not mean to put.
In the feedback they posted "good, professional transaction" and did
not message me with any issues. I've had this happen before multiple times
where a buyer posts a feedback under a negative or neutral and it's a crapshoot
if they reply to my messages asking about it and end up changing it. I've
submitted feedback removal requests in the past for this and they always get
denied. Why is there not an option for removal under the feedback removal request
page for an error on the buyers part when posting feedback? Because how does
it make sense that a buyer who gives the seller a compliment and expresses no
issues gives a neutral or negative? It clearly was a mistake and is now hurting
my seller rating.
