I have been purchasing up a bunch of lots lately that have very good condition
sets that are 95% complete or better but missing most of the minifigures. Anyone
have a decent way to price these out whether selling as incomplete sets without
figs or parting out without figs? I was thinking probably just lower the price
around 20% or so depending on the fig valuations, but if anyone has any input
to add I am all ears.

Partout the set in brickstore, remove the figures, check the price. Tho partout
values are often higher then standard set values so it might be best to simply
check the values of the missing figures and then remove that value from the set

You could use the part out value minus minifigures. Just use the part out function,
exclude the minifigs, and verify. (Do not upload!) You'll get the part out
value minus minifigures. It could give you a place to start.
