I imported a part list from Rebrickable into a Wanted List here.
It has 1172 unique lots.
When I then select a store with 843 unique lots I then expect that this lots
are removed from the other stores. But I still see stores with 434 unique lots.
But 843 + 434 = 1277 unique lots, but the wanted list only has 1172!
So is this feature useless or what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,
The stores may not have the quantities. So you need more than one “store lot”
to fulfill one “wanted lot.”
You can try tick the “(Exclude) Lots below Wanted qty” filter.
The stats shown on the page are inconsistent (bonkers). For instance “lot” is
used with different meanings.
And the percentage completion is on parts (not lots) and when you buy more than
neeeded (bulk lots for instance, when the store sells by multiples, x10, x20…),
the parts you don’t need are still counted. So you can get a percentage above
100% and still miss parts!
(To be sure, use the Wanted Items tab on the left: it shows all the lots in your
WL.
When the first box is not ticked, the items that are “bought” are hidden.
When it’s ticked, you can see “0” under the images.)

Or what's also very strange is that a store that I already selected is still
apearinng in the list? Why?
That one is a puzzle 🤔
I don’t think I’ve ever seen that, but my WLs are smaller.
Maybe said store has multiple lots for the same «part + colour» (at different
prices, conditions, bulk lots…) and that “upsets” the algorithm.
Have you set a default condition (New / Used) in your WL?
Or are there parts with the colour Not Applicable?
What does the numbers mean on the wanted items mean.
Example: 0 / 1
When you hover over it it says 'remaining qty'
Ok, but why two numbers? What does the left number mean, what the right?
You see that when you have clicked on a store in the list (on the line of the
store, not its name).
It’s “quantity the store can provide” / “quantity you want.”
In that case, you’ll also notice the N/N items have a green border, the 0/N items
have a grey border, and the M/N items have a yellow border.
That allows to see quickly what a store can provide, without visiting the store
or trying to select it.
“Quantiy you want” is (Qty minus Have) in your WL. If you want to see the original
Qty in the WL, tick the box “Show Wanted Qty.” It will then show “M/N (Q)” (or
“N (Q)” if you haven’t clicked on a store line).
