so it is best if I just remove it for them.

system. A seller can however, unilaterally cancel the entire order, strange as
that seems I usually communicate and credit the order. It's more streamline,

it may be simplest to refund the buyer if paid or add a credit if unpaid.
Yeah he paid and then wants to remove one item. Its the lowest price available
so its not like they found a better price. I forgot about the already paid part.

Within the order messaging and PayPal refund process both.
