I'm trying to re-piece together a copy of the Fell Beast Lego set, as Lego
failed to send me one with my Barad-Dur purchase due to an error on their part
and all I got was points (Like, seriously, 30$ worth of points for a set going
for 180$ USD right now...)and was wondering, is the Black Rider's torso
print new? I know they don't generally make new prints for GWPs but I don't
seem to see it anywhere here.

It has a new PCC, so probably a new part.
Thanks, I figured as much...perhaps I will request that and the cloth wing pieces
from Lego under their "Missing Pieces" service... They technically were
missing, after all
