Beginning of next month I send a parcel out. It came back to me this month because
it was not claimed. Send multiple messages to the buyer but no reply. The parcel
is sitting on my counter now and don’t know how to move with this now.
Any advice?

Do not do anything with it until you receive instructions from the buyer. You
cannot guess what the buyer wants you to do with it.

Buyer can have a life accident, or extremely busy, on job trip, etc.

Just e-mail/message you're ready to refund; that'd be nice.
