| Hello !
I have a order from a client - I didn't read his reviews and it seems that
I should really read other stores reviews.
Now here comes the tricky part - after payment he asked to remove some items
from the order - I failed to find a place where to find out if this is allowed
or not.

You can't cancel items from a paid order, if that's what you're asking.
I guess you could refund the whole thing, mark it as Not Yet Paid, and then cancel
the items, but I'm not certain even of that.

It is "allowed" but not easy.
Simply:
* refund partially for the agreed items,
* ship the order.
Later on edit manually the quantity of those lots you didn't ship, to bring
the initial quantity back in your shop.
