Anyone else have an issue with Orders Received getting deleted? All my orders
are gone except 1 that was way older than the others. Eeek!

All normal
Orders exact details are deleted after 6 months. If the order was npb, nss, nrs,
etc it won’t be removed. You can still download your orders for some details
by going to your orders page and at the bottom hit download orders

I'm really puzzled he didn't notice before, or read Help...

Order details are purged after 6 months, except when marked as a problem order.
You can still download the header information and you can still find the order
details in your offsite mail archive.
