If you have a part number, but BL doesn't show any results, try putting a
star (*) after the part number. That way, if there are any variations with stickers
or something like that, they will show up in a search.

Looks like two parts to me,
 
Part No: 2350b Name: Crane Arm Outside, Wide with End Notch

Parts: Crane {Red}
 
Part No: 2351 Name: Crane Arm Center (Technic Liftarm 1 x 16)
* 		2351 Crane Arm Center (Technic Liftarm 1 x 16)
Parts: Crane {Black}
.

Now the question is which set did they come from?

Do the black and red part separate? They could be 2 different parts.
