Set No: 71741 Name: NINJAGO City Gardens
*
71741-1 (Inv) NINJAGO City Gardens
5574 Parts, 22 Minifigures, 1 Gear, 2021
Sets: NINJAGO: Legacy

Hands down. Now mind you, I only did 2 the first time around and it was maybe
my 8th or 9th set to part out. It completely filled our 12x5 dining room table
and I even needed to use the chairs.

However, it really helped me iron out a system for parting out too. Now, regardless
of what I'm parting out, I have a bit of muscle memory as to where bricks
go, plates go, tiles, modified bricks/plates/tiles, technics...

So last week I did multiple 5x counts of six star wars sets and some other random
GWP bags for about 1000 lots and I was beside myself at how I did it all in less
than 1/4 the time of 71741.

Never ended maybe, but it also felt like I was 12 lots. Ask me how many arches
from that I’m still sitting on.

It has to be 11033-1 because It is the only set I’ve parted so far. All my other
inventory has come from bulk used or a PAB wall.

What a good question, Jim!

Had to give it some thought as we've done a hell of a lot of set partouts
over the years. Back in our heyday of volume set breakdowns, we got in a few
cases of...

Set No: 7709 Name: Sentai Fortress
*
7709-1 (Inv) Sentai Fortress
1408 Parts, 8 Minifigures, 2006
Sets: Exo-Force
that had a very strange odor to them It was a unique and off-putting
odor. To this day, I've no idea what was going on with those sets, but not
an enjoyable partout session, to say the least...

I can remember... I have parted out this set as well.
I don't know if the odor came from this one or another one from the same
years, but is was clearly metallic odor that came out like in a factory...

It took a few days to process almost a hundred of these:

Set No: 41908 Name: Extra Dots - Series 1
*
41908-1 (Inv) Extra Dots - Series 1
109 Parts, 2020
Sets: Dots

You had to flip all the tiles up and sort carefully.
